At SphereHive Projects, we value your trust and strive to provide high-quality digital products. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued. By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.
1. General Policy
As our Products are digital goods (source code, project files, documentation, and related materials), refunds are generally not provided once the files have been delivered or access has been granted. This is in accordance with industry practices for digital downloads and permitted under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
2. Eligible Refunds
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
- You did not receive access to the purchased Product within 24 hours of successful payment, and the issue was not resolved after contacting our support team.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Academic rejection or penalties due to plagiarism, similarity, or misuse of Products.
- Technical difficulties caused by your own system, device incompatibility, or lack of required software.
- Downloaded or accessed Products (since delivery is deemed completed once files are provided).
4. Refund Request Process
- To request a refund, please email us at spherehive@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, including proof of payment and details of the issue.
- Refund claims will be verified by our support team.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to banking timelines.
